MICHELLE'S PROFILE
Michelle McNamara is a 42 year old UK-based photographer specialising in landscape and botanical photography.
She lives with her husband Karl in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, England.
Her particular areas of interest are flowers, seascapes, the sky and abstract angles however she will photograph anything that catches her eye and imagination.
She was given her first camera at the age of 10 (a 1950s Bencini 127) and now uses both digital and SLR film cameras, preferring the Canon and Pentax ranges.
None of her images are artificially enhanced or altered in any way from the original as Michelle believes that an image's main appeal is in its subject matter and the construction and setting.
Her latest project has been inspired by the British industrial landscape and will soon be showcased on this website.
All her work is copyrighted and protected by International Law and Intellectual copyright.
Michelle's work is available for both non-commercial and commercial use at negotaited rates. She retains all copyright to her work and permits image use. Her rights are NOT recinded by a 3rd party making a purchase of a printed/digital or other format image.
She welcomes interest from particular charitable foundations who will be eligible to use images at special/discounted rates.

Michelle also has interests in botanical subjects and had a very successful market gardening (ornamental/herbaceous plants) business until a car accident in late 2005; she now focuses on the, usually, less physically-demanding subject of photography.
